These terms apply to all orders placed via www.lilou-intimates.com or during houseparties. By ordering, the customer agrees to these conditions.

3. Offer and Products

Products are described and shown clearly. Color differences may occur. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping available within Belgium and internationally. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

Online: Bancontact via Stripe
Houseparties: Payconiq, bank transfer or cash
Orders are confirmed after payment (except for cash).

5. Delivery

Standard delivery time: 3 to 5 business days. Lilou is not liable for third-party delays.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returns are free of charge
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Email info@lilou-intimates.com to initiate return
Refund within 14 days of return receipt

7. Warranty

No standard warranty. If the item is damaged upon delivery, notify us within 3 days with photo evidence.

8. Liability

Lilou is not responsible for damage due to incorrect use or washing.

10. Applicable Law

Only Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the court of the business's registered seat.

2. Toepasselijkheid

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor alle aankopen via www.lilou-intimates.com en tijdens huisverkoop (houseparties). Door een bestelling te plaatsen, aanvaardt de klant deze voorwaarden.

3. Aanbod en producten

Producten worden duidelijk omschreven en afgebeeld. Kleuren kunnen afwijken. Prijzen zijn in euro en inclusief btw. Verzending is mogelijk binnen België en internationaal. Verzendkosten worden apart vermeld.

4. Bestellingen & betaling

Online: betaling via Bancontact (Stripe)
Tijdens houseparties: Payconiq, overschrijving of cash
Bestelling is definitief na ontvangst van betaling (behalve bij cash).

5. Levering

Standaard levertijd: 3-5 werkdagen. Lilou is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen door derden.

6. Herroepingsrecht & retour

Je hebt recht op retour binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst.

Artikelen moeten ongedragen, ongewassen en in originele staat zijn

7. Garantie

Er geldt geen garantie, tenzij het product bij ontvangst beschadigd is (melden binnen 3 dagen met foto).

8. Aansprakelijkheid

Lilou is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade door verkeerd gebruik of wassen van de artikelen.

9. Klachten

Mail naar info@lilou-intimates.com. We antwoorden binnen 7 werkdagen. Indien nodig: www.consumentenombudsdienst.be of https://ec.europa.eu/odr

10. Toepasselijk recht

Enkel Belgisch recht is van toepassing. Bevoegde rechtbank: die van de maatschappelijke zetel.
